Open House – Join us in person or online

Georges P. Vanier is a dynamic community of Middle School learners. Please join us to learn about our programs and to meet our administration and some of our teaching team.

Here at Georges P. Vanier we are home to numerous programs: Community Regular English, Early French Immersion program, Late French Immersion, Learning and Literacy (L&L) program and a Wood’s Homes Satellite. Although we have many diverse programs at Georges P. Vanier, we strive to be a community school where regardless of programming, background or neighbourhood we are all members of the same school community and we are strong as a whole because of this.

Entrance Requirements

There is no requirement for students to have prior knowledge of French for entry into the Late French Immersion program.

The Open House will:

• Provide more information about our Late French Immersion program.
• Review the registration process.
• Introduce you to key staff members.
• Support you with the transition to Middle School.
• Have students sharing their experiences in this program.

Our Open House (in-person or online) will be held Thursday, February 1, 2024. A second Open House will be available in May 2024.
